Hi all,

I had posted this on another thread about the possibility of air-to-air refueling but that thread seems to have been deleted for some reason??

Anyway, I thought this video was interesting showing the effects of aircraft wake. This was an NTSB experiment featuring a 727 with smoke flares and an USair 737 flying closely behind. The effects of the 727's wake on the 737 are interesting IMO.

Wow thanks a lot for sharing!!!

I made a question to my instructor on what would have happened if the C172 got into the trail of a big jet and this is a pretty good explanation... just consider size!

Flying isn't dangerous. Crashing is what's dangerous!
