Does anyone know what happened at the Mesa shareholder meeting Tuesday (5/13)? There's nothing on any news site, nothing on the Mesa-Air.com site, Plane Business or anywhere that I can find. The only action was a notice to delay announcing the March quarter results (no surprise there). I'm assuming shareholders rejected issuing new shares to cover the callable bond because the stock is below $1. So does Mesa use the Hawaiian Air refund on the bond to pay the $37.8m callable bond, or hoard it for a Ch. 11.
Does anyone know anything about the shareholders' meeting?
