seems DL,NW, AA, UA, AS, and B6
have reaffirmed their contention that VX should not be allowed a Form 41 exception

I just noticed at the end that this letter was also served to WN, looking at the email addresses.. Bit odd.

Agreed. VX can't have it both ways - they wanted fair and equal treatment by the DOT, and now they've got it, warts and all. Besides, the financial information they're hoping to suppress (citing competitive concerns) is EXACTLY the same information they currently enjoy unfettered access to from their competitors!

So why is it okay for you to know my CASM and RASM but I can't know yours?

WN sides with all carriers against the VX request (view the entire docket sequence of events)-

I dont believe this latest motion was served to WN but rather 'forwarded'
