Just getting ready to board a United Express flight here in Lansing and I saw on the boards that Allegiant has flights arriving from Orlando and Detroit about 30 minutes apart. I know they fly to Orlando from here but what's with the Detroit flight? No other flights arriving at the same time that it could be a code share with. Also, I noticed a departure later this evening for Laughlin? I know they stopped service to Las Vegas back in February. Any help?

DTW-LAN is the repositioning flight for the charter from LAN to IFP (Laughlin)

We get Laughlin charters here in GRR from time to time as well, though usually they're done by SCX.


Direct KNOBS, maintain 2700' until established on the localizer, cleared ILS runway 26 left approach.

That is all part of Allegiant's charter service for Harrahs Laughlin.

The aircraft flew Laughlin to Detroit for Harrhas and is repositioning to LAN to take a casino charter back to Laughlin.

From your title, I though Allegiant was associating itself with a white supremicist fringe racist organization.

I would suppose that any DTW-LAN flight would be for positioning, since the drive between the two cities is so short.

I don't think Allegiant does any code-sharing.
