Could you mean "Hybrid"?
Wet lease, I believe is when an airline lends or rents if you will one of their planes to another airline with a flight crew for use. This is oposed to dry leasing an aircraft and providing the crew yourself.

Hybrid is a mixture of two things and Wet Lease is a term which is also known as ACMI. Just as PHLFlyer said it is when one carrier supplies Aircraft-Crew-Maintenance-Insurance to another carrier instead of just a plane for the second carrier to operate. It is generally done for expansion or to fill a need for additional lift until more equipment and personnel are brought online
