Well I have another mystery aircraft for you all to identify. I stumped yall last time and I hope the same will happen with this aircraft.
Anyway this aircraft was marketed as a rugged bush airliner in the early to mid 1970's. It wasn't really successful. This is the only example that I have ever seen. It looks like it was painted in the old Wien Air Alaska bush aircraft colors.
Anyway here is the aircraft. In order to make it a little easier I have included two shots of the airplane.
Good Luck.

Hi L188! This time I get the champagne and the caviar ( with toasts please!!! ). This is a very unique plane called Evangel, it was developed by some christian guys that wanted to give a plane for missionary work. I think they builted some 5 or 6 of those and when I was in USA in 1982 I had the privilege of talke with one of the guys from the development team!
Good one this L188!

L-188,
I have been reading every entry you have made and I very thoroughly enjoy this mystery aircraft idea. Although I fly general aviation aircraft in my spare time, I have a hard time telling the difference between those smaller airplanes (no problems with the larger ones). Anyway, I just wanted to tell to keep going with this! By the way, this mystery aircraft #V is a pretty ugly aircraft, don't get me wrong I would still enjoy flying it, but man the nose and the proportions of this one are just odd.

I agree with Boeing727 on both counts. Maybe I'll even recognise one eventually though I knew the Turbo Beaver was a Beaver of some sort - it's that odd-shaped door that clinches it.

CV-990 Isn't this the second one that you got??? I lost count.
It is indeed an Evangel. This particular one was built in 1968. Like I said I don't knowof any specific operators. In fact this particular one isn't listed on the FAA database which means that it is no longer registered.
