Does anyone know what routes Piedmont Airlines operates out of BOS. Also since Piedmont is owned by US do Piedmont employees (ground crew) get the same benefits as US employees? Thanks.

MDT is the only one I know, but you get full US mainline flight benefits. I'm not sure how long it takes ground crew to qualify.

They are same as US staff, get all same benefits, same standby priority as mainline, only slight benefit Piedmont employees have are being Non-Union, but the payscales are lower.

Considering Piedmont management, I'd hardly call that a benefit.

As far as I know MDT is the only Piedmont run out of Boston. There might be an SYR turn left, but I doubt it.

Nonrev benefits start day 1 there.

Not sure which "benefits" you are referring to. As others have said, flight benefits are same and at same priority as mainline. Other benefits (such as medical/dental/vision) are provided by Piedmont and are different from mainline.

A&P's here at KROA are teamsters too. I guess non-union would be ground ops?

I have a friend at US mainline who said he keeps hearing Piedmont and PSA will be spun off in the very near future. Buyers are lined up and its just a matter of securing financing terms. Anyone else know about this rumor d'jour?
