The RDU ground staff (agents, ramp) is always VERY helpful with getting a plane turned quickly. It's not uncommon to see the agents run down and help the cleaners fold blankets, if not clean the whole cabin themselves. I think RDU was where DL first tested the "power turn" on narrowbodies, so they've probably got the most experience systemwide and have a well-oiled turn machine in place. Even though it can often be hectic, the agents, rampers and cabin service always seem to be wearing a smile (which is nice for F/As to see amidst long duty days). Many outstations are good about lending a hand to eachother to get stuff done, but in RDU their positive attitude and work ethic really stand out.

I have flown in and out of RDU on several different airlines, mainly American, over the years and I have always thought the Delta ground staff at RDU has been the best. I am looking forward to flying you guys home in a few weeks!
