So I've got some friends flying ATL-DKR-JNB on Delta here in a few days, and I wonder where Delta's cabin upgrades are currently at.
What are the chances they'll get PTV's? Are all of the 767-432s that Delta puts on Transatlantic routes upgraded, or is it hit and miss?

All the 767 400s in international service are upgraded with BE and individual IFE.

You're friends will, in fact, have an updated interior with PTV's, all leather seats, new signage, etc. Enjoy the flight, I believe this route is an exception to the 1-drink-at-meal-time rule, so tell them to have fun.

Unless you fly ATL-LIM, that's still the domestic FC only individual tv's in F and no personal IFE for Y passengers.

All 764s flying International trips have the nose to tail AVOD and PTVS. (note LIM doesn't get these birds) (also BTW just a note its 767-432ERs)
There are 8 764s not converted yet. As of now DL will convert all of them (the 8 will be the first to get the new C seat) and run them on the TATL flights but ATL-HNL will still get a 764.

My guess is that when DL upgrades the last 8 then LIM will get one
