TWA still has service here. American dropped Anchorage as a year-round destination...

Great freighter destination you can get the following:
Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific (+ A340 tech stops) EVA Air, China Airlines, Air China, JAL, NCA, Korean, Asiana, Fedex, UPS, ABX,Northwest, Gemini plus hoards of Atlas aircraft.
Then there are the local freight operators NAC with DC6's and 727's ACE with DC6's and Lynden with their Hercs.
Its a great place to take photos, if your going you'll have a great time especially if the weather is kind !!!!

It looks like just about everybody was covered that I have seen. Actually TWA's and Connie's red eye flights are parked up at the end of the "A" Gates right now.
