The sale of Volare is not related to AZ's financial situation, AZ is obliged to sell it after a sentence of a justice court because the purchase of Volare was not lafwul.

Who is likely to be interested? Air One to enable them to get critical mass at MXP? Meridiana? I cant see EZY being interested since they could grow organically at MXP fairly easily

Time ago, AP was interested in Volare, but I don't know if they are still interested.

The price of Volare should be at least 38 million euros.

As long as AZ is propped up by the government and allowed to fly on freshair Italian aviation will lurk from problem to problem. All other airlines suffer.
