Fuel Shortage At EDI And GLA

Airlines operating into EDI and GLA have been advised to take on extra fuel for round trip journeys before departing to both of these stations.

Fuel to EDI and GLA usually comes direct from BP's Grangemouth Refinary. However supplies have had to be interupted due to strike action by BP and Shell Tanker drivers in the UK who have been on strike since friday and will remain on strike until Tuesday.
