Australasia: Air New Zealand / AN (both doing poorly, not much to choose from)

Out of the 4 that I've flown (Air Canada, Lufthansa, AirNZ, United) I like AirNZ the best, very comforatable and great service. I would like to try SQ and TG, though.

SAS, Singapore Airlines and Ansett Australia are my favourites.
Lufthansa is good as well but not as great in the cabin service dept as the above airlines.
I am keen to try Lauda/Austrian next as I have heard a lot of good things about them.
