Hi all

Just a heads up to all the Houston spotters.
Emirates will operate a B777-300ER A6-ECF on the DXB-IAH route tomorrow due to a
B777-200LR not being able to get back in time for the flight.

EK211/18 IAH 21:25 UTC (16:25) But plan on the aircraft being 1hour early as it might get tailwinds. So plan on a 20:30 UTC Arrival (15:30)

Hope to see the photo's
Rgds Haan

It must be subbing for the LR that has gone mechanical in GRU...they sent another LR to sub.

Is the 773 taking a penalty on the IAH segment?

When in doubt, hold on to your altitude. No-one has ever collided with the sky.

I think the IAH - DXB leg can be done without much restriction IMO. The DXB - IAH leg maybe the issue.

Quoting Yellowtail (Reply 1):

Yes it is, but luckily the 300ER will only be 60%. So the 300ER tomorrow will go and come back with no weight penalty as both flights have been booked for 200LR and not 300ER config.

And I take this would be a 3-class 77W vs a 2-class 77W?
