i was at work today and noticed what appeared to be
an all white 777 doing touch and gos,
it had no visible markings on the fuselage or tail
but was too far away for me to read aircraft id...
are there privately owned 777s out there or was this a new
aircraft that just wasnt painted yet?
i live in huntsville alabama which is only about 35-40 minutes outside
of atlanta by air... perhaps it was a new Delta 777?
it was quite an exotic site for our local airport, usually the biggest
thing that comes in is a 737 with the exception of an Atlas Air
747 cargo once a week...

Hi !!There are two private 777s ; one is with Saudi Oger and has a gold stripe from the front along the fuselage up the tail. The other one is Mid East Jet and has a light blue, light gray tail. The second one was delivered from Boeing over two years ago and was to be outfitted with special interiors but no one has seen it since. Maybe they got rid of it and painted it white ? Maybe you saw a 767 ? The777Man

I own a fleet of 17 777's and plan to start my own airline from JFK to various European destinations. I
think I will offer three classes of service but I can
be flexible. I have calculated that only six to eight
passengers are needed per flight to break-even. I
also plan to lease a 747-400 or 2 MD11's and fly a
seasonal daily nonstop flight to Barcelona.
