Sorry, can you explain what the enhanced cabin is and what tech insertion engines are?

Airbus introduced a redesigned A320-series cabin interior during 2007. The "tech insertion" engines refers to CFM56 improvements also introduced during the past year or so. Both changes are referred to in the foillowing exceprt from the Airbus 2007 annual review.

In 2007, Airbus delivered the first brand new, lighter, brighter A320 Family cabin, one of a series of continual improvements Airbus is introducing to provide customers with the latest technologies and innovations as soon as they become available. Engine upgrades, offering reduced fuel burn and lower maintenance costs, were also part of the year’s updates, with the first delivery during the year of an A320 Family aircraft equipped with the new CFM International CFM56-5B Tech Insertion engine.
