Does AA's A300 from JFK-LHR have PTV in Coach class?

YES. AA does have PTVs in their 3-class version of the A-300 fleet.

You will typically find these versions of the A-300 flying transatlantic. Either BOS-LHR, JFK-LHR, BOS-CDG (when not 767).
