What's The Deal With Falx Air?

Does anyone know anything about them, if they're legit, and if they're going to be at Farnborough like their website says they will? They have an intersting concept, though I'm curious as to how feasible their concept is. Personal VTOL aircraft is a market I would really like to get into, and I'm interested in what these guys have to offer.

Shows that they are listed an an exhibitor there and have a location assigned to them. Now whether they actually show up.......


Their VTOL a/c looks like a Shorts Skyvan or 330/360 had it been designed by Piaggio Aero.
