AA started for the second time its flight from Miami to BAQ in DEC, now it killing it. WHY, BAQ loads have never been great but the yield on the route is better then domestic.

AA's flight was challenged by an early morning departure from Miami to BAQ and an afternoon departure from BAQ to MIA. BAQ is an end destination, O & D. AA first flight in its final years of operation, had a late afternoon from MIA, better for west coast connections and later east coast pasengers.

An early morming BAQ departure to Miami provides better connections to hose passengers. Last sunday I was booking my mom to BAQ with a 8/8/08 departure from MIA and back on 9/05, AA didn'tbook, now I know why. Back to AV and its awful atitude.

West coast connections? For the one person in BAQ that needs to go to Los Angeles every week?

I agree that a RON schedule would have been better, but AA doesn't have the time and money to let BAQ rebuild itself.

They'll be back in 2-3 years.

Some Colombian stations as BAQ, SMR, ADZ and CTG are being regulated upon the Open Skies agreement.
That being said, AA can resume the route easily in the future.
Regards.

Probably more then that daily one passenger to LAX, but given the only option until now is Avianca, I would fly AA. BAQ connections would be to New York and northern points.
