unfortunately there are no official web-sites of russian aircraft manufacturers/designers (unbelievable, but it is true).
there are some privite resources but they have a problem:
1) resources created by western people very often contains not precise or not updated information (like http://www.bird.ch/Russians/RUSENTER.html shown above)
2) resources created by russian people with precise information usually in russian only  Sad

but try this:
http://avia.russian.ee
http://hep2.physics.arizona.edu/~savin/ram/

What do you mean there are no official sites?

Aviacor (manufactures the Tu-154M)

Aviastar (manufactures the Tu-204)

Beriev

Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association

Kamov

Kazan Helicopters (manufactures the Mi-8/Mi-17)

Mil

Tupolev (under development. I have been told it isn't too far away from being launched)

Voronezh Aircraft JSC (manufacturer of the Il-96)

Plenty more links at
