Nepal-based budget airline FlyYeti.com will suspend operations in mid-July due to political uncertainty in its home country, reported Reuters. The airline, which is majority owned by Air Arabia, only began operations six months ago. It had provided services to Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuala Lumpur and Sharjah.

Nepal is certainly a poor choice for a budget carrier due to the political instability. Although in the near future it might be a suitable choice for such a carrier.

Wish Air Arabia all the best of luck!

Yeti was also the only reliable Nepalese domestic airline, flying some Beeches and and J-41s and so on. Will that part continue?

nobody has ever died from hard work, but why take the risk?
