Use ANA/Hawaiian Points For A UA Flight?

I'm in kind of a weird situation, we have the american express platinum card that allows us to use points as miles for almost every airline, except UA. But they can be transfered to ANA. So my question is if i transfer 35,000pts to ANA could those same points be used to book a UA flight from SAN-AUA?

Another option is we have around 106K Hawaiian miles, could those be used for a UA flight?
