They ceased operations in april. I guess the 727s and 737-200s will be rusting away in South Africa (JNB and so) while the 737-500s and 767 will probably move on to other operators.
nobody has ever died from hard work, but why take the risk?

The 727s and 737s are parked at JNB. They were being held by the company's liquidators while the airline's books were being studied.
It seems that the liquidators have found a buyer for CE. The new airline would operate out of Durban international airport.
While Laher would not give details regarding the identity of the potential buyer or what kind of airline would be operated, sources said it would operate as a low-cost airline to rival kulula.com, 1Time and Mango.
Laher also confirmed that there were strong indications the company would use Durban as its headquarters

Their B767 ZS-PBI flew LGW-SNN on 28 Apr 08 on return to lessor.
It was in full Air Madagascar colours by 1 June 08.
It had a test flight as N330DF on 27 June 08.
Registered as 5R-MFJ on 2 July 08.
It departed SNN on 4 July to CDG as MDG9051.
