AP reporting the IND-DFW flight landed at LIT after reports of smoke in the cockpit or cabin.
Passengers taken to the temrinal on busses - apparently no evacuation.
Little Rock TV stations are not carrying anything live - so apparently no real damage to the aircraft - just a precautionary landing.

Well I just drove through some rain on the northeast side of the airport (Los Colinas/Valley Ranch) but before the rain I got a mouth full of sand from one of those Texas sand storms! LOL
According to Flightaware, DFW went 49 minutes without a departure and 34 minutes without an arrival.

I left work in Addison at 7:30 and got to Wylie with only one shower - but it's hitting out here. Not as bad as Plano near 75, but still strong winds.

Yep, that flight was supposed to arrive @ my gate to turn AA422 DFW-RDU. It went into LIT due to reported smoke in the cabin. Another MD80 was ferried TUL-LIT to continue the flight.
Once they got on their way, the groundstop & ensuing Charlie Foxtrot @ DFW caused the flight to divert to SHV. They finally continued on to DFW and last that I saw, the flight was ETA of 2212. Sked arrival is 1535, IIRC!
