Honestly, my favorite were the Airbus 340 flights of Lufthansa with warm smiles from the hostesses, and great food and good movies. What was your favorite?

For me, I have only flown on one airline several different type of aircraft, spread over 12 years.

Merpati Nusantara Airlines: F-28, F-100, C-130, CN-235
Garuda Indonesia (flight operated by MNA): B737-400

My best experience was on the F-100, where I booked the Executive Class ticket, because the Economy Class was sold out. Second best experience was in the Hercules. IT WAS JUST AWESOME.

Delta- L-1011 Dallas to Orlando and back, 1983.

American- too many cities to mention, but a whole buncha MD-80, 727-100, 727-200, 757, 767 (don't know which version), F100, A300... what else did they fly? Oh, how can I forget my favorite... the DC-10, flew two of those, and then also the magnificent MD-11.

Legend Airlines- the pride of the sky, as I put it- DC-9 Dallas to Washington DC, October 2000.

Trans Meridian A320 (didn't know how significant that was at the time, to be on an AIRBUS...)

Southwest- 737-200, 737-300

And, this Thursday, UNITED (Never flown them, am very excited!!) 737-500 and A320 (never flown an A320 and known about it).

Sheesh

I've been on all sorts of airplanes, from the 707-300B and 720B, DC-8-21 to -71 to the 747-SP/100/200/400, Airbus A340 and A330, Lockheed C-5A/B, C-141, C-130 included. I would VERY much like to try out the 777 in any marque along with the A330-200. I'd also be game to see what the 737NG is like versus the A32X which I have flown several times.
