I flew to CUN a few weeks ago, and the flight was full and I just check the load for next week and they are 92% full per day... also the rumor is that MCO-CUN will start flying an A320 instrad of the ERJ-190...

would B6 have to use Airside F for that flight? I know in Airside A we dont have any customs officers. (unless I am wrong) Airside F is where all Int'l flights depart/arrive from in TPA, with the exception being AC in Airside E. So Im just wondering how this flight would work in TPA?

Not quite right, the service was daily TPA-CUN as well as daily TPA-.MBJ The service started out as DC-9 service then 727 and finally A320. I was a bit of a mini hub as aircraft arrived together in TPA from DTW,MSP, and MEM. Two of the aircraft continued on to CUN and MBJ.
