Will the A380-800 have the range to fly nonstop from LHR to Perth? Or is the range similiar to 744?

No it doesn't have the range to fly PER-LHR with full payload. The A380 will have the range to comfortably fly SIN-LHR and SYD-LAX with full payload. Currently, the B744 has seasonal payload restrictions on these routes. It's probably not coincidental that SQ and QF are the two major launch customers for the A380.
