Some of you know this but to those who do not if you are traveling from Europe to the states or vise versa purchase a VUSA ticket (visit u.s.a) or visit Europe ticket. It will allow you to purchase coupons at a discounted rate.I believe with American you can purchase like 6 or 10 I forget which one.You have to stay at least 10 days to the country or region you are going to.I had a couple purchase like 5 of them they were going from ORD to LHR,CDG,FCO,FLR,and BCN for like a 100 dollars per segment.Sometimes this is a cheaper way to see more while not paying a arm and a leg for the travel.
