Well I've always loved the 727-200. It's always been a great aircraft, and I'm sorry to see them go into retirement. Aside from that I love the 757-200, the 727's big little brother.
For widebodies, I'm with you on the 744. I am of course partial to Braniff, and I really liked the 727-200 of Braniff II. It was a clean design on the outside and the interior of them were always spacious and clean. I miss those birds! I like the 757 in CO's livery, and the 744 looks great in UA's color scheme.

Air India Virgin and Northwest 747-400
UAL and CO 777-200
Northwest, Braniff and PAN AM 727-200(the billboardscheme looks better on a 727 that that 747 because it looks bland and way too much white space. Whith the 727 the billboard scheme doesn't look it's floating in thin air and the scheme goes all accross the fusalage leaving a fair amount of white space. The PA 747's white space even with the classic logo is overwhelming. Looks better on A320s, 727s and 737s and wouldn't look too bad on a 757, 767,777 or A330/A340.
Southwest's California 1 Lonestar, Shamu and Arizona and Nevada 737s.
