Northwest Airlines Improves Performance

Well NW last summer was awful in terms of performance, canceling 100+ flights in late June through July as many remember. This year is different.

All my flights have been on-time or early! Given, there are fewer flights and that, I am sure, is helping!

You can't operate a business understaff and expect everything to run smoothly 24/7.
Nice to see Northwest worked somethings out with the pilots so they get overtime pay and the rest they need at the sametime.
Pilot rest is a big issue in the Airline business. It just is like a bus driver who should have so many hours of rest before driving.
