Hi there,

just looked to the skies and saw SQ317 as 744 operated flight instead of A380. Does anybody knows why?

I know SQ has been saying it will be subbing the A380 on the SIN-PEK route for the Olympics; this may impact their LHR schedule.

The inbound SQ322 flight was swapped to a B744. Aircraft didn't leave SIN till 6am on 28/7. Only SQ318/SQ321 will be affected by the SIN-PEK route for the Olympics.

I know the flight did not come to LHR till 11:30. Leaving late cca 14:30. I was wondering too about PEK schedule before posting but SIA web site is saying that A380 will be deployed between 2 and 8 of August.

9V-SPL was used instead, due to a last minute engine change on 9V-SKA. This was the only available option due no other A380 available!
