Saw this on DFW Tower. com....

No pics in the DB, any clues? I've never heard of this carrier.

The DBJ says they're a charter airline, so nothing too exciting to warrant a media frenzy at DFW!

I dont know. Do you remeber the media frenzy when AA announced they were sending the Texas Ballet Theater to China? DAMN! Talk about getting worked up over nothing.

On that note, my ex-girlfriend (and best friend) danced for Texas Ballet Theater and I gave her hell about it. She went on and on about how news worthy that event was and how the arts are underserved in the media.

But this looks like its just a charter airline, so nothing to hop up and down about.

Odd, I typed in Novaair in the search engine and came up zilch. Thanks for the link, though.

They're doing Thursday/Sunday for at least a month. I saw the Sunday flight, but no postworthy pics. It's great to see some classic equipment now that the 727s are all gone from DFW. Good luck Nova!

Does anyone know why their flights don't show up on Flightaware?

I didn't get a 'Harumph' outta that guy!

Oh I remember that! Tutus are much more exciting and media worthy than just a boring charter flight!  sarcastic   bigthumbsup

No one else posted it, so I guess I will. NovaAir suspended their DFW operations.

Shortest ever international service at DFW?

That PR stunt is the gift that keeps on giving for IAH fans.

According to this article published today. The Texas Ballet Theater cancelled their trip to China.

Thats some funny s**t. After all that too. Serves the morons right. That wasnt even worth printing in the want adds, much less a PR gig at DFW.

As ive said before:

When it actually happened I told her I thought that it was stupid (not Ballet, but the PR gig at DFW). She gave me this long and drawn out talk about how little attention the arts get and how ballet is so wonderful (not to me though, I would fall asleep at all her shows  Wink ). Im going to call her tonight and give her s**t to no end.  Silly

Tell her to join the Houston Ballet, they get a great deal of attention  wink

Quoting AMBASSADOR WEEKLY UPDATE For Week of August 8-17, 2008:
NOVA AIR CHANGE: Nova Airlines has suspended their Thursday flight operation at DFW, they still operate on Sundays.

I can't verify the accuracy of that statement, but that's what we were told.
