Ouch, I flew out of there just a few gates away just about an hour before that accident. Very sad & my condolences to all.

Very sad news indeed. The tugs can be very dangerous. I begin to wonder if the driver was going too fast? To flip a tug can be pretty difficult to achieve, unless one is being careless. But, without knowing the actual circumstances, it would be hard to judge.

My deepest condolonces to him and his family. Also sending my condolonces to US Airways staff.

Watch out for yourself, and watch out for your coworkers. These things happen way too frequently; even once is 'too frequently'.
