A Kenya Airways plane is said to have crashed on a domestic flight with 40 people on board. 3 of them are dead. The typ of the aircraft is not yet known.

I heard nothing at all about this? Could it have been a minor accident, death toll, injuries less severe than first reported? Any more details, aircraft type, damage?

No, according to newer news, this wasn´t an accident. The airport in Nairobi that they only trained an emergency situation with an withdrawn plane. Somebody got it wrong an posted that it was an accident.
