MAXjet Sale To NCA Sports Stalls

MAXjet has informed the DOT that its planned asset sale to NCA Sports Group has been terminated and MAXjet hereby cancels its certificate transfer process.

Wonder what this means now.. NCA had been the winning bidder for the carrier assets and was planning on using 2 aircraft on luxury sport charters.

So much for all the rumored "call backs" that were going to happen. From what I understand, there is another interested party.

NCA Sports was the assest auction winner and was approved by the BK court back in March, so do things go back to the court, is the NCA Sports deal void based on some breach, or is NCA Sports simply got cold feet.
