Austrian Airlines, What To Expect?

Hi everyone!

I'm flying Austrian from VIE to JFK coach in a few weeks on their A330. Has anyone ever flown them before? What can you expect in the area of service/food/amenities, etc? I think this is perhaps the only major EU airline I've never flown.

I have been on this flight in both Y and C about 10-12 times.
Economy: Nothing bad with the service, food was very good, PTV each seat. Usually allways fully booked. Compared to other carriers - i like it.
Grand Class: Well, once there - never in the back again.

I flew Austrian from economy/coach JNB-VIE in December '99 aboard an A340. I thought it was a great flight. Got PTV's, comfortable seats, f/a's were nice, food was great, very pleasant flight.
