Fuselage At Kmdt

Does anyone who works at MDT know what the fuselage of the aircraft is off the taxiway and 13 end of the runway? Is it a Convair or Martin perhaps? Why is it there? Abandoned from a wreck? Don't have any wrecks at MDT in my memory at all, but it looks like it's been there awhile...
