United's 777 Names

i have notcied a funny thing on UA's 777-they naming their 777 after customer's names!!!

how weired!! anyone know why united does this?

Hi !!!That was done a few years ago and all those names have been taken off not just the 777s but also all the planes in the UA fleet. The only UA 777s with names are N777UA "Working Together" and N780UA "Spirit Of Adalyn". The777Man


Need a Boeing 777 Firing Order....Further to fly...T5, CI, MU, LX and LH 777s

that explains why i don't see them on UA 777s any more-i saw these names on a liveries unlimited 1/144 scale United 777 decal sheet that was produced back in 1996!
