Anyone with more info on this? Just saw it on my local news, that someone called and said there was a bomb on a British Airways 747 and that it would explode over the Atlantic. The Aircraft was bound for New York. All pax deboarded on the runway I believe.

Terrible news if this is another incident.
I am hoping you may have confused the airline though. Yesterday, a bomb-scare took place at MAN, involving a PK 743. The a/c landed at MAN, and the pax were "evacuated" immediately, via the stairs.
The a/c was inbound from Lahore, and was scheduled t fly on to JFK after a refuel.
Fortunately the bomb prooved to be a hoax.
There has been some criticism of the Captain's decision not to have allowed the evacuation of the a/c via the slides.
On personal experience, I was involved in a bomb-scare on a BA 747 flying from GRU to LHR. The a/c landed in LIS, and we also left the a/c via the stairs.

I didnt see the Airlines name on the plane, cuz the picture was taking from the nose. But it had an overall white/grayish color. I guess the media just screwed up again.
