Hi everyone, I'm looking for some basic information.
I messed up a booking by not reading all the details (like the currency) -- and I blew my credit card's limit right out of the atmosphere. I'd booked a Biz Class ticket I really couldn't afford -- and canceled it the same day.
This was about 6 weeks ago ... I've just checked my credit card statement and there's still no refund. I emailed CX and asked them when I could expect it to be processed, and I got a reply "we forwarded your mail to the relevant department" -- and that was the last I heard.
How long do refunds like this normally take? (Yes, I know they take time, and I fully expect there to be penalty charges ... but I should still get most of my ticket cost back.)
