Hello all,

Has anyone noticed the difference in service levels between the Major carriers and their regional counter parts,,, especially in Europe...

A few examples to consider..

British Airways...Likes to sell itself as the worlds favorite....
Try Sun-Air of Scandinavia instead....service levels are leaps and bounds above BA...

the same with
Air France / Regionale......
Iberia / Air Nostrum...

anymore reflections...?
