Le Figaro reports , Qantas will receive their 1st A380 on Sep 19th.A little bit later than planned.Originally was for Aug.

In another way , Emirates will receive their second A380 in October , near 2 months later than planned , due to delayed outfitting.

Can't wait to see that bird routinely here at LAX (the QF one). Got to see the EK one at JFK the other day. From a distance near other planes, it still looks like an swollen A318 (with 4 engines), but it's still fun to see them!

I thought it would only be 1 month late (October instead of September) (latest timetable?)

Wasn't this announced 3 weeks ago by QF?

Quoting Ikramerica (Reply 1):
(with 4 engines),

4 huge engines! I never get over the size of those things every time I see the SQ A380 at LHR. She really is a stunner.

Can't wait to see the QF bird at LHR.
