I was lucky enough to get upgraded last month to World Traveller Plus, and I was quite impressed. The leg room is ample, but could be improved if the seat in fornt of you didn't have a box housing the motor right on the floor. The main benefit is the width, and, for those short enough, the leg rest. At 6'2", I found the foot rest useless, for it wouldn't extend beyond the reach of my legs.
You will find BA's new cabin layout in their timetables; the whole cabin consits of five rows with 2-4-2 configuration on the 777; not sure about the 744. I doubt you'll find it on short-haul flights, which is what BMed operate, for the title "World Traveller Plus" compliments BA's long-haul "World Traveller".

"World Traveller Plus
What routes will see this new cabin first?
Currently World Taveller Plus is available on all routes from London Heathrow to:
New York (JFK)
San Francisco (SFO)
Hong Kong (shuttle services to Taipei & Manila - TPE & MNL)
The new seat is also available on the majority of services to the following routes:
Japan, Narita (NRT)
What is the hand baggage allowance for passengers in this cabin?
The hand baggage allowance for passengers in the World Traveller Plus cabin is double that in the World Traveller cabin, in order to enable business travellers to carry on their p.c. laptops. The hand baggage allowance is 2 pieces (compared to 1 piece ) weighing up to a total of 12kg, (compared to 6kg) with any one piece up to a total of 9kgs."
Hope that helps.
You can get a timetable from Travel Agents, BA Offices or at their check-ins/offices at the airport or even onboard.
