Judge Walsh has given AA the go ahead for acquisition of the assets of TWA. As of this time, he has not ruled on Karabu.
I just read this on Fox news website..market wire.

I've not seen the reports, if this is true seeing the end of TWA is a very sad thing, but the way it's happening isnot as sad as the ends of Braniff, Eastern and Pan Am, with stranded passengers and thousands unemployed. TWA's a fine airline to travel on, above the usual standard.
It's debatable how AA will act long term, making TWA work will be a big challange, it's so very sad things didn't work out better....
