Hello all,
According to the following article, Quebec's highest court gave Kuwait Airways permission to seize the recently ordered CRJ900 aircraft for reparations stemming the 1990-1991 Gulf War.
Does anyone know the status of the order as the first aircraft was supposed to be delivered in September. Would Kuwait Airways operate the aircraft, or just hold on to them until the Government of Iraq pays back reparations?

Just on a technical point, Quebec Superior Court is not Quebec's highest court - the Quebec Court of Appeal and ultimately the Supreme Court of Canada are "higher" that Superior Court.
