Does anyone know who the 747SP parked at PHX belongs to? What is it doing there? The one thing I thought was curious was that it wasn't parked where the other charters typically park. The plane was parked (as of yesterday) just West of T2.

It is very common for affluent people (heads of state, independently wealthy, etc) to come to Phoenix for months at a time for treatment for various ailments.
And sadly, the airport up in Scottsdale doesnt allow the 747SP to land
