Dalavia is a large Tu-214 operator. Should be very sad!

Seems Dalavia international passengers with reservation are now flying with Vladivostok Air.
I wonder if Vladivostok Air will keep Dalavia Tu-214 wich are "new" aircrafts....
If not, will we see them as second hand somewhere in Russia or Iran or ???????
