I posted a message a few weeks ago asking how Hawaiian Airlines got their 717's from Long Beach to Hawaii. Someone responded and said that the planes are lighter and can travel that distance easily with no passengers. I found out this is not true. They really put in temprary gas tanks in the cabin for the flight. Look at this picture.
