So I saw the movie Eagle Eye today this afternoon I noticed that the arrivals level of T2 at LAX made a prominent appearance for the "Dayton Airport" and in various resulting "airport" scenes I saw a exit stairway that looked a lot like the ones for ONT's new terminal -- possibly LAX, though as I don't have the foggiest what airside at anything buy 5/6/7/8 looks like, last time I was in 4 was 3+ years ago, longer for 2 and never for 1 or 3

There were a couple TSA/airport terminal scenes that looked familiar (first thought was landside at TBIT) but it was so completely generic I would expect that it was a soundstange somewhere.

Chases across the ramp and under a breezeway had a lot of NW-branded LDs visible (so not ONT) and I think I caught a glimpse of something wearing hte US livery (but it was darn quick) which would make sense if it was shot at T2...but it also seems unlikely that they would shoot on an active ramp, especially when LAWA has made it clear, IIRC, that they prefer filming to take place at ONT.

Anyone else see this film and recognize an airport &/or can confirm my guesses?

Just got back from the movie...

Curbside there is a Virgin Atlantic name placard (airport issued not airline - some generic font) hanging from an overhang - so its obviously not Dayton and LAX seems probable.

On the ramp, there was a new colors WN (blue canyon) and a new colors US Airways Airbus.

When the C-17 took off, surely not LAX by the green grass lining the sides of the runway,

those were my observations...

I just saw the movie, but wasn't paying that much attention trying to ID the airports.

I'd just like to mention that Eagle Eye is an award given to a TSA employee that spots a weapon or other dangerous item in carry on luggage in the scanner.

Oh, and it is a great movie, at least the first 2/3 of it anyway, before it got all "2001-HAL-computery".

The film crew spent about a week and a half out at the DHL March Air Force Base Hub in Riverside, CA. I have not seen the movie but I do know that the one scene on commercials of people running to a C-17 was shot at the DHL sort building. When I left work one Saturday morning the USAF brought that plane over to our ramp. Wow that was just a week before I was laid off.

There were airside scenes at T2 LAX as there was an Air NZ 772ER at the gate when they ran out onto the apron.
