Good day,

just found this on the website of Georgian airline Euroline and wanted to share it with you.
Their website gives the following instructions for those wanting to buy a ticket with them below what is a rather strange online form. Really sweet and a refreshing change in the world of e-ticketing... Here we go:

Air ticket booking

There are few variants of air-ticket buying.
Some people are used to rely only on their selves, so they like to buy tickets independently. So, not so many efforts should be taken:
1. To learn about where the nearest air-booking office is located
2. To go out;
3. To reach the planned place;
4. To stand in a line;
5. To buy ticket (or to repeat these procedures from the very beginning)…

But if you value your time you’ll better use the services of Air Company “Euro Line”. You can book the air-tickets of all leading air companies (Russian and foreign) to any place of the world.
We will care not only about legalization of air tickets but also will deliver air tickets in any region of Moscow absolutely free of charge.

If you have confusion what air company services, flight, class of services etc. to use, we will help you to select the most appropriate variant for your best tour.

This is the exact same way the agency I work for markets themselves. They don't use an online booking engine, simply an online holiday enquiry form which goes direct to ourselves and once picked up we will source and contact the client.

The only reason that our MD does it is to give it a much more personal feel.

Mike
